It appears from record that the against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent bank authority concerned on 9th September, 2021, and the details of the grievance will appear from the said representation which is still pending according to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 17016 of 2021 is disposed off by directing the respondent bank authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 9th September, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such decision on the aforesaid representation to the petitioner within two weeks from date of such decision.
