Reports submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are obstructing the petitioner from availing water connection. The main grievance of the petitioner is against the private respondents.

There is a family feud already existing and the petitioner's prayer is restricted so far as supply of water is concerned. I have considered the police report where the police authorities are aware relating to dispute and difference and have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS. Having considered the plight of the present petitioner, police authorities would consider as to whether any offence is made out under Sections 326(a) of BNS. Since a proceeding has been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS, police authorities would

oversee that no untoward incident results in addition to the directions passed above.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15663 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
