No. 122 of 2020 between the petitioner and the private respondents. Proceeding under Section 107/116 of the Cr. PC. has been lodged against the private respondents by the Hasnabad Police Station, Basirhat Police District, North 24 Parganas.

The Hasnabad Police Station, Basirhat Police District, North 24 Parganas shall continue to maintain vigil.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instruction of the Hasnabad Police Station, Basirhat Police District, North Parganas, dated 25.07.2022, addressed to the learned Government Pleader, is taken on record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
