Petitioner stated to be in custody for the last fourteen months.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that there is no other case against the accused and there are no other criminal antecedent. The trial may be a long time. Thus, taking into the facts and circumstances of this case the petitioner is admitted to bail by furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd

Court at Sealdah, subject to the conditions that he shall not contact the victim in any manner and he shall join and cooperate in the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or members of the family in any manner. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
