An Assistant Teacher in Keleti GA Vidyapith (HS) approached the Writ Court complaining that her application for transfer was not being considered. The Writ Court disposed of the writ petition by observing that since an online portal (Utsashree Portal) has come into place where the claim for transfer can be raised, the Writ Court was not inclined to take up such issues parallely. The order of the Writ Court dated 04.05.2022 is the subject matter of the present Intra Court Appeal. 2.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order of the Writ Court, the writ petitioner on 06.09.2022 made online application on the Utsashree Portal. The Portal has recently been made active. As per the notification dated 30.06.2026 issued by the Additional Secretary to the Government of West Bengal in the School Education Department, Secondary Branch. The events subsequent to the writ petition suggest that the petitioner's claim is now pending consideration as above.

In view of such events pending disposal of the writ petition, the matter is now to be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
