1. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we extend the time to furnish sureties in terms of the order dated 9th July, 2024 by two weeks from date and correspondingly the time to appear before the jurisdictional court is extended by two weeks from date.

2. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

3. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
