The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer to dispose of the proceedings arising out of Gratuity Case No. G-11 of 2022 expeditiously.

It appears that the Certificate Officer has issued a notice of second hearing on 22.5.2025 to the respondent company. The respondent company is being represented and submits that they are willing to attend the hearing before the Certificate Officer on a date fixed by the Court.

Accordingly, the parties in the present case are directed to appear before the Certificate Officer, Howrah on 12th August, 2025 at 11 a.m.

The Certificate Officer is directed to proceed for disposal of the proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within 60 days from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

WPA 15740 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
