Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner is in custody for over four years. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose role of the petitioner in trafficking women for sexual exploitation. In view of gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
