Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner is in custody for more than 400 days. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. His prayer for bail was rejected in April, 2022. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and as prayer for bail was rejected in April, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
