Learned counsel for the State is present and files a report submitted by the Certificate Officer wherein it appears that a warrant of arrest has been issued by the Certificate Officer with a direction for execution report on 21.07.2025.

It appears that the Certificate Officer is proceeding in this case, in accordance with law and as such the Certificate Officer is directed to proceed with the case and make all endevour to dispose of the case expeditiously preferably within 60 days from the date of this order.
