The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer to dispose of the proceedings arising out of Gratuity Case No. G-69/2018 expeditiously.

It appears that the gratuity case is of the year 2018 is pending before the Certificate Officer since 2021.

Accordingly, the Certificate Officer is directed to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously preferably within 60 days from the date of this order considering that the proceedings arises out of a gratuity case of the year 2018. WPA 15815 of 2025 is disposed of.
