The supplementary affidavit encloses a report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so filed by the Investigating Officer of the case which concludes by stating that the accused persons may be discharged from the case. Having regard to the change of circumstances during the pendency of the present application and the observation of the Investigating Officer pursuant to the settlement arrived at, I am of the opinion that this revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2135 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
