The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer to dispose of the proceedings arising out of Gratuity Case No. G-02 of 2021 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the State has placed a report submitted by the Certificate Officer, Howrah wherein it appears that warrant of arrest has been issued against the Director of defaulting company and the case is fixed for execution report on 25.07.2025.

As such as this Court finds that the Officer is proceeding in accordance with law, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Certificate Officer shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously, preferably within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 15741 of 2025 stands disposed of.
