The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer to dispose of the proceedings arising out of Gratuity Case No. G-01/2022 expeditiously.

The Certificate Officer, Howrah has placed a report through the learned counsel for the State. It appears that warrant of arrest in the present case has been issued and the execution was awaited on 09.07.2025.

Considering that the Certificate Officer is proceeding, the Certificate Officer is directed to dispose of the said proceedings expeditiously preferably within 60 days from the date of this order

considering that the proceedings arises out of a gratuity case of the year 2022.
