The petition has been pending since the year 2011 and the matter had been appearing in the Warning List for a considerable period of time.

I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioners that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, WPA 13520 of 2011 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
