1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present. Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

2. This application is made with a prayer to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Khatra, Bankura to dispose of the criminal revision case no. 9 of 2023 expeditiously.

3. Upon perusing the petitioner and upon hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending and by directing the service of notice of the application.

4. Thus, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Khatra, Bankura, to dispose of the criminal revision case no. 9 of 2023 within a period of four weeks from the next date fixed.
