The revisional application has been preferred in respect of the order dated 12.03.2012 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in Criminal Revision Case No.9 of 2011 arising out of M.P. Case No1255 of 2009.

I find from the records that learned court has taken into account the factual circumstances and thereafter proceeded to pass the order. As no fresh question of law is involved, I am not inclined to invoke the revisional powers of this Court afresh. As such, no interference is required.

Accordingly, CRR 2256 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
