Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24Parganas/respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 3rd May 2019 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition of the petitioner making claim of higher scale of pay of post graduate, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative and will communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 14879 of 2019 is disposed of.
