JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, C.J.)

1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the dismissal of the writ petition filed by the appellant alleging inaction of the Nakashipara police station recorded that the landlord has taken possession of the property upon surrender by one of the partners of the Nursing Home called Bethuadahari Life Care Nursing Home.

2. The Court also held that the dispute is purely of civil nature and the matter between the lessor and the landlord and police have no role to play in the dispute.

3. We find absolutely no ground to interfere with the said order.

4. For the above reasons, appeal stands dismissed.

5. No costs.
