Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be overlooked. The need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner is apparent from the materials in the case diary and the nature of injury.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3512 of 2022 is dismissed.
