-vsShri Tapan Biswas arising out of CO No.13920(W) of 1995 None ...for the petitioners This is an application for contempt filed on October 9, 2001 under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for violation of an order dated December 4, 1996 in CO No.13920(W) of 1995 passed by a single Judge of this court seeking punishment of the alleged contemner/the second respondent in the writ petition.

I find that since filing of the contempt application in the year 2000, none moved to press it. Hence, I feel that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the application on hand.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioners. [Rabindranath Samanta, J]
