The police authorities submit that on the basis of the complaints filed by the petitioners as also the respondent nos. 5 to 7, investigations which were carried out by the Entally Police Station have been completed and charge-sheets have been filed.

It is submitted that the police authorities have found that the dispute was over the landlord parking his car in front of the tenanted shoproom of the petitioners.

As none appears on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation is prayed for, let the matter be dismissed for default.
