1. It appears that by an order dated 6th February, 2025 this Court had granted leave to the petitioners to incorporate the word "reimposition" in the prayer portion. Despite the aforesaid the learned advocateon-record for the petitioners has struck off the word "extend" while incorporating the word "reimposition". The aforesaid striking off the word "extend" was not permitted by this Court.

2. Having regard thereto, let the unsigned order dated 6th February, 2025 stand recalled.

3. Let the application, being CAN 1 of 2025, be dismissed.

4. This order shall, however, not prevent the petitioners from taking up an appropriate application on the selfsame cause of action, if so advised.
