This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Inspector-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station to comply with the directions of the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate dated August 19, 2021. Such direction shall be complied with and necessary report shall be filed before the learned Magistrate on the date next fixed in M.P. Case No. 2695 of 2021.

The police authorities shall also maintain peace and tranquility.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
