Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report prepared by the Officer-in-charge of Jamuria Police Station which reflects that on 18.07.2025, the room of the petitioner was vacated by the private respondents and, in this regard, the petitioner gave in writing so far as

the compliance of the order is concerned.

A copy of the same is enclosed along with the writ petition.

In view of the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred being subserved, further directions of this Court is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15856 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
