Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document show recovery of 2 bags ganja of 21 kgs. each i.e. 42 kgs. from the possession of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
