The petitioner alleges that there are series of disputes and he is being harassed by the Welfare Association in collusion and conspiracy with the security and other neighbours of the apartment. There are series of accusations which may have flavour of infraction of civil and criminal offences. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil and criminal court under the appropriate provisions of law. The concerned jurisdictional courts would exercise their discretion for adjudicating the prayers advanced by the petitioner.

In the meantime, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of peace and/or tranquility takes place at the behest of either of the parties. The police authorities would also ensure that no untoward incident takes place in the locality.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16765 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
