1. Typographical errors pointed out in the order dated July 26, 2024 passed in MAT 1246 of 2023 be corrected as follows:- i) in the seventh paragraph, fifth line at page 3 the words "would be" shall be deleted and instead and in place thereof the words "is not" shall be inserted.

2. The errors are apparent on the face of the record. Correction sought for is not being opposed by the appearing parties.

3. The mistakes are thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

4. Department will incorporate corrections in the order dated July 26, 2024.
