Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there has been changed circumstance, as the charge-sheet has been filed before the Jurisdictional Court.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears for opposite party No.2.

Ms. Biswas, learned advocate appears for the State. The petitioners expressed their intention not to pursue the present revisional application in present form and pray for liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate opposes such contention.

However, if the law permits, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent changes which have taken place in a fresh revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 2140 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
