1. This is the second application for anticipatory bail.

2. We have perused the case diary. We do not find any change in circumstances. The earlier order was passed on consideration of materials in the case diary which suggests that the present petitioner was involved in defalcation of money belonging to depositors. The petitioner was an employee of post office.
