1. This intra court appeal has been filed by the respondent no.5 in WPA 23288 of 2022 dated 22nd June, 2023. The appeal is barred by time and there is a delay of 382 days in filing the appeal.

2. We have perused the affidavit filed in support of the application and we find no acceptable reason has been given for condoning the inordinate delay of 382 days.

3. Therefore, we are not persuaded to exercise any discretion in favour of the appellant.

4. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed.
