1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present. Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and Ms. Anusua Sinha and Ms. Nandini Chatterjee, who are the State Advocates, and present in Court. Let a copy of this application be served upon Ms. Sinha.

2. This application is filed for a direction upon the learned trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the trial.

3. The petitioner in the instant case is the defacto complainant of Kotwali Police Case No. 1119 of 2022 dated 27th October 2022 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and now pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Krishnanagar, Nadia.

4. Upon the perusing the petition and upon hearing the learned Advocate, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Krishnanagar, Nadia to dispose of the Sessions Trial No. IV (April) 2023 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 124 (03) 2023 within a period of six months from the next date fixed.
