The writ petitioner is aggrieved by absence of investigation into Sagar Police Station Case No. 296 of 2021 dated 9th September, 2021 under Sections 448/323/325/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Officer-in-charge, Sagar Police Station has submitted a report before this Court dated 30th January, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is taken on record.

It appears that after investigation, Charge-sheet No. 10 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023 has been filed in the matter.

The petitioner may, therefore, take appropriate steps in respect of the said Charge-sheet No. 10 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
