The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for transfer has been rejected on the ground that she is the only teacher (single teacher) for the subject being taught in the concerned School.

Since the restriction no longer exists, liberty is allowed to the petitioner to apply afresh for transfer through Utsashree Portal.

The petitioner's personal difficulties and grievances may be appropriately highlighted. In the event the petitioner makes such an application, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority strictly in terms of the 2015 Rules and within the time frame specified therefor.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
