Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner claims to have purchased the property standing at 55, Linton Street, Kolkata700014 in the year 2019. He got the information that the said property was put up for sale by a tender notice published by the United Bank of India, presently, the Punjab National Bank in the year 2013. 3.

The petitioner claims that he is ignorant about any proceeding initiated by the Bank in respect of the subject property.

A request was made by the petitioner before the Bank in the year 2023 for supplying details in respect of the said property. The same is alleged to be kept pending.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant General Manager (Premises) of the Punjab National Bank to consider and dispose of

the representation submitted by the petitioner in June 2023 at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 23rd June, 2023 along with the tender notice published by the United Bank of India to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
