This rectification is to be read in the said order dated 7th March, 2022.

Affidavit in opposition and affidavit in reply have been filed today.

The school has submitted that they took all steps of intimating all the students for filling up the form for the Madhyamik examination, 2020 and out of 143 students 141 students came to the school for filling up the form but these petitioners' sons did not turn up for filling up the form.

The contention of the petitioners, who are the fathers of the students, is that they were not given any intimation by the school.

I am not going into this dispute and disputed question of fact.

As the matter relates to disputed questions of fact, this court is not entertaining this writ application. Other ways for adjudication of this matter are open to the petitioners.

Hence, this writ application is dismissed.
