Learned counsel submits that the representation made by the petitioner to the Secretary of the West Bengal College Service Commission for the service benefits of her father and received on 24th October, 2019 has not been responded to till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 is present and claims that the

respondent No.

is the nominee of the petitioner's father.

The State is represented.

Upon hearing learned counsel, let the representation received by the College Service Commission on 24th October, 2019 be disposed of by way of a reasoned order upon hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 5. Since there has been a considerable delay on the part of the College Service Commission to respond to the representation, let the representation be disposed of as directed within three weeks from date. A copy of the reasoned order shall be furnished to the petitioner within four weeks from date on which such order is passed.

WPA 17065 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above order.
