Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instruction to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of grievance of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A. 16291 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
