The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R.Case No. 419 of 2022 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was lodged on April 18, 2022 and charge sheet submitted on May 29, 2022. Charge was framed on February 23, 2023 but no witness has been examined till date.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2678 of 2024 is disposed of.
