1. These two applications have been taken out for recall of an order dated May 8, 2026, whereby both CPAN 1057 of 2024 and RVW 247 of 2023 were dismissed for default.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied with the explanation furnished for absence of learned advocate for the petitioner in the contempt and review applications, on the day those matters were dismissed for default.

3. Accordingly, the order dated May 8, 2026, is recalled. CPAN 1057 of 2024 and RVW 247 of

2023 are restored to their original files and numbers.
