The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of police in investigating Chandrakona P.S. Case No.163/2021 dated 7th May, 2021. The petitioner also seeks implementation of an order of injunction dated 27th May, 2019 in terms of order dated 19th June, 2019 passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Ghatal. By further order dated 19th June, 2019 Chandrakona P.S was directed to enforce the order of injunction restraining private respondents from dispossessing the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they have no intention of dispossessing the petitioner.

There was also a previous suit for accounts in respect of Debattar property.

Chandrakona P.S. has filed a report dated 28.01.2023 indicating that there are several

complaints by the petitioner against the private respondents and vice-versa. Nine FIRs have been registered and have been enumerated in the report. The report is kept with the record.

The Chandrakona P.S. shall expedite the investigation into all FIRs and complete the same and file final report, if not already filed within a period of three weeks from date.

Copies of such reports in final form shall be made available to the parties.

Chandrakona P.S. shall strictly implement the order of injunction or any modification thereof passed by the civil court and shall continue to maintain regular vigil in the said premises.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official wesbite of this Court.
