He submits that, his client is no more willing to proceed with this writ petition any further. He placed a copy of instruction of e-mail dated September 7, 2022 received from his client before this Court, with a forwarding letter, the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA 14970 of 2019 stand dismissed as "Not Pressed".
