The petitioner, an employee of CESC Limited has filed this writ petition to ventilate his grievances in respect of the age dispute. Since service matters concerning CESC Limited, a company within the meaning of Companies Act, 2013, cannot be adjudicated in writ jurisdiction, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before a competent forum on the self-same cause, if otherwise entitled to in law. The time spent between 28th June, 2024 that is the date of filing of the writ petition and today (26.07.2024) shall be construed to have been spent in
pursuing a proceeding in a bona fide manner before a court without having jurisdiction.
