The petitioner claims that the private respondents are disturbing his peaceful possession in respect of a property owned by him. The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Sundarban Coastal Police Station, Baruipur Police District.

Counsel for the State submits that the proceedings under Sections 107 and 116(c) of the Cr. P.C. have been taken out against the private respondents.

The petitioner may seek other civil remedies against the private respondents in accordance with law.

The O. C., Sundarban Coastal Police Station, Baruipur Police District shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

Instructions of the Sundarban Coastal Police Station, Baruipur Police District addressed to State advocate dated 06.12.2021 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
