1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In spite of our direction, the petitioner has not complied with the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C and the report filed by I.O disclosing the same fact. The report is taken on record.

3. Having regard to the fact that incriminating materials are found in the case diary and failure to comply with the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
