It appears from the report that Bally PS Case No. 119/22 dated 20.07.2022 under Sections 498A/323/325/307/406/427/34 of the IPC has been initiated against the petitioner. The private respondents admitted that the property in question is in the name of the petitioner.

In those circumstances, Bally Police Station, Howrah, shall ensure that the petitioner is not in any way harmed by the private respondents and shall maintain regular vigil on the said house of the petitioner.

The petitioner may seek other remedies, if he so desires, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
