Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private 31.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.33 Rakib respondents have obtained permission for retail outlet from HPCL. The allegations of the petitioner are that there are dispute relating to the land in issue. Petitioner has also approached the Civil Court.

It has been submitted that on 5th August, 2025 date has been fixed before the learned Civil Judge in connection with T.S. 845/2025.

Since, the Civil Court is already in seisin of the issue, I am of the view that any direction by this Court is uncalled for.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15753 of 2025 disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
