The Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman has filed a report and the same is taken on record. The allegations made by the petitioner against the Kalna Police particularly the constable have been dealt with in the report.

Without going further into the issue, this Court directs the petitioner and the said Anup Majumdar to maintain peace.

Disputes and differences between the parties in connection with a passage shall be resolved only by the pending civil dispute being Title Suit No.15 of 2006 before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalna or any other civil proceedings.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
