State has submitted a report which reflects that earlier whenever there was a complaint furnished with the Nischinda Police Station, Nischinda Police Station registered a case being Nischinda P.S.

The complaint which is the genesis of the present writ petition was

received by the concerned police station on 23.05.2024.

Since the order of the Civil Court which has been enclosed, lastly, is of 16.02.2023, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil court in case there has been violation of the directions passed by the learned Judge in seisin of the title suit being T.S.

264 of 2021.

In case, the learned court on an overall assessment is of the view that there has been violation of the order passed by the civil court, the learned Civil Court would be at liberty to pass necessary directions upon the police authorities and the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16789 of 2024 is disposed of.

also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
