Considering the submissions of the parties, this writpetition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission/Respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated August 27, 2018 being annexure P-3 to the writ-petition, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 14988 of 2019 is disposed of.
